Finished being Fat: Blog Book Tour

Friday, January 4, 2013

I have to be honest I hate "diet" books! When I got the opportunity to read Betsy Schow's Finished Being Fat I fell in love with this book. It's not a "diet" book, but an adventure. I love her humor, her sensitivity, but mostly I love the way she maneuvered past the typical diet book. Betsy breaks the book into different down to Earth chapters that help the reader understand they can be finished being fat!

About the book:

Not everyone can win the race, but everyone can finish it. In her quest to wish away an extra 75 pounds, Betsy changed her life for good. Using her Philosophy of Finishing, she snowballed her efforts from weight loss into a bucket list of seemingly impossible dreams. This inspiring account of one woman’s journey will help you find the strength to conquer your most daunting goals and unfinished projects.
